    Hi everybody,

I need some help. I have a small shop on my site, using Woocommerce. I set it up early last year and it has been working well until about two weeks ago. I noticed an error on the Woocommerce home page, the error reads “There was an error getting your inbox please try again” in a purple triangle. The front end of the website is looking fine, I only see this when I want to review/complete orders.

I have tried just about everything and can’t seem to resolve the issue. I am using storefront as a theme, I do not have the security (I think it is iThemes Security) plugin that requires the “long URL” de-activation. I have de-activated and re-activated all my plugins and I even rolled back Woocommerce to see if it was the latest version causing the problem. No luck! At this stage, everything is updated to the latest versions but the problem still persists.

If you have any suggestions or know how to fix it, I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks in advance, Robin 🙂

    Hi Roxy,

My error is not resolved. I’m still waiting to hear back from my hosting service. I’m feeling quite hopeless because the error is so persistent. I wonder if it could have been an issue with the WooCommerce database update.

I will let you know once my hosting service has responded.

    Thanks.
