Woocommerce doesn’t get Paypal

    Hello Forum,

    usally successful paypal payed order are noted in the order header like here…

    in a few cases customers having payed there orders with paypal (standard) but the payment was not captured in the order header or order status. However the payment exists in our paypal account. i have tried to recreate this situation but could not identify anything.

    Hello Sammy,
    Check the order notes. Does it say anything at all?

    If you have PayPal logs enabled, you can also look up the log in WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if you can find an error message in there.
