woocommerce-checkout shortcodes

Hi
I am a newbie to wordpress so please forgive me if I am asking something that has been dealt with before.
I installed mystile and eshop onto http://www.thegoodgift.co.uk then could not get on with it so I disabled it and loaded woocommerce. Having added some items including a test item I am having problems with the checkout. Although items are in the cart when I click on checkout pay I see (eshop-show-checkout)So I deleted the plugin completely but the message still apprears. On looking at the woocommerce system status I see that against checkout it says “page does not contain the shortcode (woocommerce-checkout)”.
Can someone please tell me where the shortcodes are held, where I can get the necessary shortcode and how to instal it. I have a bit of computer knowledge but am not an expert to simple language would be appreciated.
