    Hello,

Activating WooCommerce immediately causes Request Header Fields Too Large error across my website. If I clear my browser cache (or if users do), the website briefly comes back, but within a minute – the error reappears and the website becomes unreachable.

Is there a setting in WooCommerce that can mitigate this, or a conflict I should know about?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @foodeditor,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

It is possible that a plugin or theme on your site is probably causing this issue when WooCommerce is activated.

To troubleshoot, please temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront) to see if the issue persists. If the error disappears, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

Please let us know how it goes.
