    Good day,

    I have a store connected to the Woocommerce app via jetpack but I am experiencing technical difficulties.

    1. The app takes very long (up to 5 minutes) to show new orders. When refreshing the orders page I receive the following error: We couldn’t load your data.

    2. When trying to update the order status in the app to completed it will automatically revert to processing. The error: unable to fulfill order

    3. The My Store Dashboard is not updating orders and revenue. Error: No revenue for this period

    I have disabled all plugins and themes to conduct a conflict test but the problems still exists.

    I have contacted my hosting company and they have checked everything but the problem still exists.

    The app was working perfectly before last week.

    Please assist
