Woocommerce Api Error

Im using Ordoro.com for order management but its having some “non-json errors” trying to pull information over from my ecommerce store. I talked with them as I believed it was their issue however they have given me some issues that they said are related to woocomerce. I pasted the below information that ordoro gave me. Not sure what you can tell me but it looks like ordoro is having some issues with my product lists? No sure, can you help me. Thanks
