[NSFW] Woocommerce API connection issues

    Hello

    I noticed that the woocommerce app has connection issues. It occures when I’m not logged in on my website.

    Also the Rest-API connection to the administration software disconnects everytime i’m not logged in. I’ve read that security Plugins can case this issue.

    At the moment i’m using the all in one wp security and firewall plugin and jetpack is also installed because it’s mandatory for woocommerce. I also opened a topic with them, but the settings what can cause this kind of behaviour are turned off.

    Any help/pointers would be much appreciated.

    Hi @gidarno,

    This is usually not an issue with WooCommerce core itself but with third-party integrations.

    I see you’re in contact with All In One WP Security & Firewall developers to troubleshoot the issue. Follow the developer’s advice and hopefully, you’ll get this sorted.

    Another thing you can do is check if you have anything preventing Jetpack from working properly. If you haven’t already, make sure the Jetpack plugin is up to date, and then disconnect and reconnect your account from the Jetpack settings. You can also use the Jetpack debug tool here to look for errors: https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/.

    Lastly, take a look at any “security” related plugins to ensure they are not blocking the communication flow. The same thing applies to any “Coming Soon/Maintenance” mode plugins, or other plugins that would restrict access to areas of your site.
