I am trying to add new products via WooCommerce however after the page loads, the entire right sidebar disappears. I’ve gone through and tried to find a plugin affecting it but have had no luck. I can’t save drafts or publish products since it disappears.

The same right sidebar shows up fine for regular posts and pages but WooCommerce. Tried everything I could think of so far, HELP!

I was able to get back the side bar for a different user but not the main account. Still confused on what is causing this.

Have you tried clicking on “Screen Options” in the upper right hand corner of the screen, when you’re in the Products view? There’s a section there that says “Screen Layout,” and you should see two options there for “Number of Columns.” If the layout view is only showing 1 column instead of 2, that would cause those sidebar options to disappear.

I have the same problem as the original poster. Does anyone know where in the user tables the display options are saved? I would like to clear that rather than have to create a new user and then take ownership of all the posts I have already done.
