    Hi !,

    So, im haveing issues with the sync between woocommerce and square.

    What do i need?: I need to sync the stock from square to Woocommerce, but i want to leave the description and photos that I already have in woocommerce.
    My products all are “variable product”, but I already put for all of them the sku that square give me in woocommerce. And also when I pick the option “Sync data with square” still not work

    How?

    1. How should I put the “sync” option in woocommerce settings menu….should I pick woocommerce or square….
    2. Do you suggest better, to move all the descriptions and photos to square and then sync. (Always the stock will be managed by square)
    3. How can i fix that the stock show me out of stok when i click te sync with square

    This depends on your own preference, for example, if you sell through multiple channels, such as in-person with Square POS and online, it’s recommended to select Square as your Sync Setting. This is particularly beneficial if inventory is shared between Square locations.

    In this scenario, WooCommerce Products will be overwritten with data from the Square product catalogue.

    Yes, it would definitely be easier in my opinion to important everything from Square but it’s not required. You can create products in WooCommerce and match them with the SKU in Square.
