• Hi,

I just want to put this out there: I cannot comprehend how you can run this well known store plugin and still have sales analytics like it’s 1995. Your filters are pretty much useless. No filtering by price range, you can’t filter out by a keyword in product’s or variation’s name – it’s only the drop down list that can be selected and added to a filter. No proper SKU filtering… To put it simply, the analytics just sucks.

I don’t know if that was done on purpose, so that we buy extensions with these features or what. But god dammit it such a time waste navigating that dashboard.

    Done.

    Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback I completely understand how frustrating it can be when the analytics tools don’t provide the filtering options you expect, especially when you’re trying to work efficiently with your store data.

The current WooCommerce Analytics system is designed to cover the most common reporting use cases out of the box, but you’re right that some advanced filtering options (such as price range filtering, keyword searches across products or variations, or more flexible SKU filtering) are currently limited. These limitations are not intentional to push extensions, but rather reflect the present scope of the built-in analytics features.

That said, feedback like yours is very valuable because it helps guide future improvements. If you’re open to it, I’d recommend submitting or supporting a feature request so our development team can review it for future enhancements:

We truly appreciate you sharing honest feedback, and I’ll make sure your concerns are noted.
