won't load

    I was right in the middle of editing content on a page within the WordPress database and went to click ‘Update’ to save changes – but the site just hung!

    Now when I visit the sites URL http://www.tring-physio.co.uk

    It takes a month of sundays for the page to load ! whats going on? How do fix this?
