just save your permalinks again
mine must have re-saved the permas by itself because it was working a few days after

Your problem is very common, and we’re planning to add a permalink flush on plugin installation, in a future update
Anyway, as stated in wordpress codex, permalink flush is an expensive operation, and we can’t schedule it automatically for users who’re already using the plugin

Hello~I just installed the wish list plugin which I love. However today I get a email from Pro Sitemaps stating that all my url links go to a 404. I checked my pages on my website and found they are all working fine.
I checked my google analytics and my wish list page is noted there with all the same urls as 404.
I recalled this as an issue when I first used Wish list last year (I removed it during site fixes)
Is this a possible reason to all links showing as 404?

I think your problem is quiet different from ZEDorDEAD’s issue, as his pages were actually returning 404, due to outdated rewrite conditions
If your pages are working fine for users, and appears as 404 only for scan tool, then the problem should lay somewhere else.
Can you please share with us any links that GA reports as 404 on your site?
