Wishlist button issue

After adding 1 item I click on the wishlist button (heart button) at the top right corner I get the following. Another scenario is after adding the second item I get the same following. I have re-saved permalink many times. I have to clear history and cookie for Google, Firefox and IE to work again. By the way the counting does not work at all on IE.

Firefox:
The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

IE:
This page can’t be displayed
•Make sure the web address http://www.sample.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
Fix connection problems

Google:
The http://www.sample.com page isn’t working
http://www.sample.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
Reload

By the way I noticed others use this which works fine. Note this “?wishlist-action=view”.
