wiki-forums?

it may not have much to do with wordpress…

but I have recently seen some websites implementing wiki-forums:

1) when a person posts, s/he has the ability to write a wiki based on the first post by clicking a button
2) when you go to the wiki page, it points to that thread…

something like : http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=530283

however, what I am looking for is wiki would be the driving force, and if you want to post a thread, you must find the relevant wiki to post it on (or just create one if you can’t find one)…

what are my options?

wiki-forum integrations I have been looking at are more about user authorization
