    I am looking for a free WordPress theme that allows me to Different Category on the home page simliar to a Newspaper – showing News, Sports etc. I would like to have a Headings showing News with all post on News shown below, then Sports all post under sports. Please help. Note I am not good at PHP or any programing

    There are many News themes on wordpress as well as paid themes. You can demo them and find a suitable one.

    One thing you can do is search for “news” or “magazine” themes. And as dave said, thoroughly demo the prospect theme,
