Widgets and Sidebars seem locked

I just meant I have the twenty eleven theme. My administrator calls it aspect 2011. But its just the 2011 theme. Hope that helps solve my problem. I also have the custom sidebars plugin. It had been working great until I pressed something and then my theme sidebars disappeared and my custom sidebars are locked along with my widgets.

How do I fix my sidebar and theme page? I have taken steps to get rid of any malicious activity on my site and have changed people’s password. I updated to the newest version. How do I fix the sidebar and theme sidebars?

So I found out I do not have the twenty eleven theme, I have a designer theme called Aspect. I have done everything I can possibly do. I just want the default sidebars back. I checked with specialized IT people and there is no malware. We are not buying something to take care of malware. We already have installed precautions in place. I tried re-downloading the theme and grabbing the sidebar.php off of the downloading zip on my computer and replacing the editor sidebar.php

but this has still done absolutely nothing.
