Widget version no tool-tips

    Jeff,

    It looks like the page with issues is loading an older version of jQuery – you need at least 1.6+ for the tooltips to work.

    I recommend disabling plugins one at a time until you find which one is causing a conflict. If disabling all your plugins doesn’t help then also try switching to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen.
