Widget Titles?

I being trying to add HTML to the Widget Titles from the Widgets Admin page to many Widgets but when I add HTML to the Title of any widget and I save it, the Title deletes the html and keeps Text only…

What can I do to allow wordpress widgets to have HTML in the titles?
Like…
Title: Categories View More Categories

and in the front end of the blog my widgets will have a link on their titles.
