Widget Icon Color

Hi

I am using Vantage Premium. I am trying to change circle icon colors from Theme customize color control panel, Changes do not apply on icons but they do on Menu and anywhere else I try to change.

There another problem with icons and that is when you first open the site icon signs are not visible, you need to browse the site ( go to another page and come back to home ) to see the signs inside icon!

how can I solve these problems?
