Widget Area Manager

    Hello,

    I just began to create a website for a client. Their temporary URL is http://siteground181.com/~tlchildc/. I was surprised to find that there is no widget area, but I was asked to install the “Widget Area Manager” plug-in. I tried looking for it in plug-ins, but it is no where to be found! Now I’m stuck with a theme without a widget area!! Help! Can anyone please point me in the right direction?!
