Why no 3.0 download? | WordPress.org

Why is the latest MU download on the site still 2.9.2? When you install it, you’re then prompted to upgrade to 3.0 and have to edit/delete a few files.

if you click the download button at top right of this page, you will see the latest ver. is 3.0

The latest, and the very last MU download is 2.9.2

As of WordPress 3.0, there is no need for a separate installer for ‘MU’ which is now named ‘MultiSite’ instead, by the way 🙂
