Hi,
It could be a conflict between WP External Links and some other plugin. Can you leave WP External Links active and try to disable the other plugins and see if the page works like that?

4 plugins are required for the theme. And WP External Links plugin. The page does not work. It works when I uninstall the plugin. 🙁

I see… but I there’s not much that we can do without being able to test 🙁
It must be a conflict with the theme or one of it’s plugins in that case.
I see the theme is called SmartMag. I’ll try to reach out to ThemeSphere and see if they can give us a copy to test with. If that happens and we find any way to fix it we’ll release an update. But at the moment we’re busy with a few projects so I can’t give you any timeframe.

@bfeel I only see checkbox elements at the screenshots where the issue happens… Can You send new screenshots with the issue, so I can see what’s happening?
