white bar

Hi! I’m getting crazy with this white bar over my hero picture. I work in OceanWP theme and Elementor. I tried everything, there is no header, no top bar, all possible things are removed. I also tried to just add -200 pix in elementor but the only result was that the hero picture “hide” under this white bar. I think it might have something to do with the menu, maybe it’s there cause it has to be the menu. But I don’t have any menu (all delated). Can someone give me some list of tips to get this removed?
