Which Plugin or Setting?

    There isn’t a plugin on the planet that can resize an image in a more pleasing, proportional, way compared to a human being (ie you). You really do need to resize your images before you upload them. It may take a while but if you want your site to look good and work effectively, it is time well spent/invested.

    Okay, so to make my images like the second link i will have to resize them? When clicking on the product wont it also be really small there?

    That depends. What ecommerce plugin are you using? Does it incorporate a lightbox or make use of the WordPress featured image functionality?

    The Plugin im using is not e-commerce im using the Boulevard theme. I’m not sure how would i find out?

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.
