Which multilanguage solution for WordPress 3.0 ??

    Which solution can be used to create a multilanguage website with the new version 3.0 of WordPress? Are there still any working plugins?

    The other possibility would be to run two different blogs with the new MS Multisite option of WordPress 3.0. What would be the better option?
