    Hi @mary890314a

    Thanks for reaching out.

Polylang is indeed our recommended free translation plugin. If anyone would rather head the premium route then we recommend WPML.

If memory serves me you’re referring to a setting at:

Settings > Languages > Settings > Synchronization. There is a Page Builder setting there that needs to disabled to prevent the problem you mentioned.

Thanks for updating the thread 🙂

For sure 🙂 All the best.

I have pagebuilder tweaked by thinkupthemes. I installed polylang. I wanted to use english and russian. I followed the settings and no matter what i did, the site remained in russian only when i tried to view the site then all the pages disappeared completely. I deactivated polylang and the pages returned…thankfully. so I haven’t any confidence there. I want to use qtranslate but it won’t work in the pagebuilder, only on visual.

    Hi paulrs

    Thanks for reaching out.

This topic is resolved, do you perhaps want to open a new support topic and send us the link, we’ll do our best to assist.

Plugins like qTranslate don’t create a separate page so there is no way they can work with Page Builder. Plugins like Polylang and WPML do create a separate page so they can work with Page Builder. Polylang definitely works with Page Builder, it sounds like you’ve run into an issue of some sorts.

We’ll do our best to assist in this case. For new support topics, ideally, ThinkUp need to assist, they’ve forked Page Builder so technically that’s their plugin you’re now using.

    Chat soon, cheers 🙂
