Which Domain to Use?

    This might be an unusual post at WordPress here, but figured why not ask everyone in the WP community.

    This month I’m going to be launching a new WordPress themes site (I had one before) with the blog having tutorials as well. However, the dilemma I have is to decide what domain to use from the 3 I have. They are:

    andre-jutras.ca
    whenpapersucks.ca
    shapedpixels.ca

    Any feedback you may have would help me make the final choice…which I need to do soon. Thanks 🙂

    You’re probably better looking at search engine results of keywords relating to those domains to see if you have SEO problems.

    Strictly from a user standpoint, I’d go with whenpapersucks.ca, because it’s easier to say and have people remember.

    andre-jutras.cahas the hyphen, which adds in some complication.

    And people with spelling issues may have a harder time with shapedpixels.

    @andrew….for the keywords suggestion, not an issue for me. Domain name keywords help somewhat, but it’s the content of the site that is primary, especially with Google. Still, out of the three I listed, do you have any input on which one?

    @aysiu….interesting points you made. When I came up with whenpapersucks.ca a year ago, I figured that name would get attention and create curiosity.
