Please? I really want this to work.
There is no “the” contact form. There are several contact forms.
So, instead of bumping mindlessley… provide info: link to the plugin’s page; link to your contact Page.
Also, tell us what did you read in the plugin’s instructions and which part doesn’t work for you.
This is the plugin page but there’s not much documentation and the sites don’t exist.
But there are several comments made before yours – all saying it doesn’t work.
So, get another working plugin.
Create a new “Page” called Contact.
Click the “Code” tab. Insert the string:
<!–contact form–>
Then save and publish.
You should now have a “Contact” page tab in your blog.
