Where is the normal WordPress URL ?

    WordPress 3.4 goes weird. It may have something to do with the Default Template.

    I’m expecting the “Add a Page” gives me a simple page as http://visionmisc.com/contact/
    However, after upgrading to 3.4, whenever I “Add a Page”, I got something like http://visionmisc.com/about/about-vision-misc/
    which contains a lot of useless garbage like

    “

    How to remove all these garbage and make my page as clean as possible?
