Where are my WordPress files?

This may be a dumb question but I’m still pretty new at this.

I’m trying to change the header image of my theme with these instructions:

http://www.techtrot.com/primepress/wordpress-page-specific-header-images/

but I’m wondering where my “Primepress directory” is…or where all of these files can be found?
