[What theme choose]

First of all, I’m french so I’m sorry if I do mistake about my writing.

I ‘m trying to create my first website with wordpress and would appreciate some help .
I was wondering what is the best theme for this site:
The idea of the site is to allow people to create projects for IT groups with different profiles.

So a person who is developer will be able to find a graphic designer and community manager to create a group of projects.

So I would like a theme that lets you search for people based on their profile ( so there would filter by skill) and which allow to create a page for the team where people will be able to collaborate , discuss about their projects and manage requests from people wanting join them.

it does not bother me to invest in a paid theme , on the contrary it offers all these functionalities .
