What the heck is wrong!?

Hey there, I own a website at http://www.TheLoveQuilt.com , which is being run by WordPress. There are a lot of appearance issues related to the site. First of all, I just ran into a very new problem, and it is costing me viewers. When I post a new “box” (please refer to the site to get what I am talking about), nobody sees it except me. I have over 80 boxes posted, which are all viewable by me, but everyone else only sees 76 for some reason. What is the problem with that? Then I have had this problem the entire time I have had this site, and it is something that will scare people away. While the site is loading, and if you move your cursor down, images that are attached to the boxes drop down, causing all the boxes under it to shift down. Then when you move the cursor away again, the images go way and there is a huge white gap where they were being displayed before. The last thing is for a lot of people, when they visit the site, the boxes seem to scramble around until they finally end up where they are supposed to be. This is annoying and also turns people away. Are any of these fixable? I know the first one should be for sure, and that is my main focus, but I have no idea how to fix it, and it is costing me big-time. Please help me, as this is my only source of income at the moment, and I am relying on this website. Thank you for any help.
