What step am I missing?

I’m attempting to install WordPress as my website homepage (darkforestfilms.com) but I can’t get it to load. I’ve been to about 12 different sites with installation tutorials and followed all of them to a T (or so I thought).
Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
Steps I’ve taken:
1) Downloaded and unziped WordPress.
2) Created a database for WordPress on my web server (startlogic).
As well as a MySQL user who has all privileges for accessing and modifying it.
3) Renamed the wp-config-sample.php file to wp-config.php.
4) Opened wp-config.php and filled in database details.
5) Uploaded the files to my root directory (public_html).When I type in http://www.darkforestfilms.com/wp-admin/install.php I get a server not found error. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can provide to help you help me.
