What plugin for text box?

    I just want a plugin that allows any user to enter

    NAME:

    COMMENT:

    and then post it up on the wall. Very simple but impossible to find. Please help me someone, I promise I’ve spent hours trying to find out myself but still no luck – all I read about is some sort of official wordpress account that requires a username etc etc. I just want a simple text box and name entry thing!
