What does this error code mean?

    When I create a draft or even edit an existing post, I always get the following error message in the Post Preview screen, followed by the post:
    Database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax near ” at line 1]
    SELECT post_content FROM wp_posts WHERE id=
    Any ideas?
