What does IP blocking actually DO?

    First-off, you have a GREAT plugin here… I use it every day now to spot the IP’s that are trying to hack my site!

    When I add an IP to the Black IP Access List, is it ONLY blocking access to the wp-login.php file, or to the entire website?
