what do I do?

I just signed up with godaddy for web hosting “deluxe Plan”- I have downloaded wordpress and “core Ftp”. in wordpress I have inserted database details and saved as wp-config.php. when it said “upload everything”- what am i ment to do? I am compleetly useless with this and trying do do it all by myself. please help!
