A very useful plugin for which we found the support from Prathamesh Palve
Happiness Engineer, Team Icegram both responsive ,friendly and helful. The issue we had was not directly related to the plugin but the engineer pointed us in the the right direction to get email subscribers working effectively again.

That’s weird because I’m not getting any support from them despite my two threads in this forum. I encountered serious problems but after three weeks they haven’t responded much.
It’s been three weeks now but still no solution or substantive response. I deactivated the plugin since I can’t send out my Newsletter to my 101 subscribers. I’m using MailChimp right now.
