A message with this title appeared after I upgraded to version 4.4.2, and I would like to refer others to it. But it no longer appears on the Dashboard. How do I read it, please?

Add this to the end of your website address:
/wp-admin/about.php

Example: Log in to your site, then go to http://SiteAddress.com/wp-admin/about.php, replacing SiteAddress with your own domain.
