Weird weird problem with naming categories…..please read

I run a football website, and am adding specific team pages. Few examples…..

domain .com/blog/duke
domain .com/blog/floridastate

So far, 11 of my 12 teams ‘slug’ is perfect – just the team name (even though they have a parent category).

Now my 12th team – it will NOT add it as just the team name for the slug. It adds on the parent name THEN the team name (ie. ‘clemson-teamnews’ instead of just ‘clemson’, like the other 11).

I’ve deleted it and retried multiple times, even logged out in case it was a glitch – same thing everytime.

What’s up with this one?
