Weird problem

ok i’ve been having the following problem whenever i add a user in wordpress a clone of the last product in woocommerce with the name of the user is added to the products, i’m going crazy with this, can anyone share some light. woocommerce version is 3.0.8

Cross testing for you on my install this was not behaviour which I could replicate with WooCommerce v3.0.8 installed. When creating a user manually in WordPress no clone of my the last product was created and currently, what you describe seems isolated to only your particular install of WordPress.
The most common cause of isolated behaviour is that it’s being caused by a plugin or theme which is activated on a site as it’s not directly related to WooCommerce itself on this occasion.
Have you tested by deactivating all plugins on your site along with temporarily switching theme to a theme like Storefront and testing to see if the behaviour persists.
If you no longer experience this behaviour after doing the above the next step would be to enable your plugins again one by one testing after you enable each one until the behaviour returns and the cause located.
