Weird problem

I’ve just upgraded to the latest version, everything appears to be okay, but I have this weird problem.

I have a link to my blog from my site and when clicking it, the latest post I did on Granada with video doesn’t show. This post was done after the upgrade. When I go into admin to see why- it suddenly does show up and then the link from my site (same link) or typing in the url straight into the address bar then shows the correctly updated page. This happens in IE & Firefox. Here is the url http://www.lamarinaforum.com/blog

I think it has something to do with the cache? I don’t appear to have a cache folder in wordpress – should I have?
Any help on solving this appreciated.
