please tell me how to fix this and why is this happening? (image below) I installed seo yoast plugin and there is part of english and some russian words? (looks like some rakes) is it hacked?

Looks like you’ve set the language of your WP install to russian or something.
Have a look at your wp-config.php file and check if it contains define ('WPLANG', 'xx_XX'); where xx_XX is not your preferred interface language.
define ('WPLANG', 'xx_XX');
