website wont open

    you need to provide correct database username,password, hostname on wp-config.php file

    sorry I thought these were correct
    I haven’t changed them so why should they be incorrect?

    I dont know but the error message happens when wp cant access your database. if you think the connection settings are correct then you may test it with simple script or at least refresh it or reset it with new password…
