• Something went wrong today when I was showing the website to my client…!! he opened the website into his Imac and it was not giving the responsive feature. It did not opened in entire screen… it opened only as the normal pc screen size… Why??

The wesite is developed in wordpress. I asked the theme owners about this, they said “Theme max width is 1200px. That’s why it looks so on iMac.”

Can’t this problem be solved… Its a big Problem for me Plzz Help…!!

  • If the site is coded to only be 1200px wide, that’s the max width it will be. You’d have to recode it to change that – unless you are familiar with CSS, that’s likely to be quite difficult.

However, without seeing the site, virtually impossible to give any further advice.

How to attach a screenshot of how the website looks…over here..??

You can’t post a screenshot here – but you can put one someplace else and post a link to it.

But a screenshot is not very useful if you want someone to look at the code of the site.

We keep support on these forums so that anyone who is experiencing the same problem can just read these threads for the same level of support; so, unfortunately we won’t be providing email support.

That doesn’t mean to say you should post your credentials on these forums.

Then how shud i solve it……Mr.Andrew Nevins..??

By allowing us to look at the site. Screenshots are of no use whatsoever.

where should i then send my credentials… as i have mentioned above.. its under construction now…!!!

Unless you can post the site’s url here and allow public access, then we cannot really help. The forums do not offer onsite support or support via email. if you feel that you need that level of support, then you may want to consider hiring someone.
