Website unavailable– no help

My website, barkingbuoys.com, became unavailable for no apparent reason several days ago. The consultant who created it for me is “working with wordpress” to get it up and running again. Supposedly, there was an error with the domain name that wordpress staff must fix. This is going on 3 weeks now and I have no idea how to contact a live wordpress consultant because the only help links offered are to this forum. Any suggestions about how to contact a live person would be appreciated.
