Website randomly died

I haven’t done anything to my website in a few weeks. However, suddenly, yesterday, I’m getting all kinds of header errors. Both errors appear to be connected to plugins, but it’s very strange. I haven’t touched anything.

Any idea what has happened? How can I turn off these plugins without the admin page, which i can’t get to?
