Website not working

    Hi, I am new to this so I apologise if I am going about a support request in the wrong way.

    I am moving a wordpress site using duplicator to a different Hosting site. I already have a domain on the new hosting site so I have added an additional domain , a new SQL database and configured the wp-config.php file. The installer and zip file produced by duplicator from the current site was ftp’d to the root of the new domain and the installer run. It all appeared to work ok, accept that when I try and access the site I get an Index of the folder rather than the the website running.

    Is there something else I need to configure for this to work?

    Hey @mecwsadmin,

    Sound like your host might not have PHP pages or index.php set up as the default type. You might contact them and see how your instance is configured on the webserver space.

    If they can’t help feel free to submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this thread when submitting the ticket.
