• Someone brought this to my attention- My site at http://sacredscoop.com apparently is not rendering right in their IE 6.0 browser, but I’m using the same browser & so is a relative & we see the pages as they are supposed to look- the fella that wrote me though says that my posts are way down at the bottom of the right sidebar & really thin width-wise (about the width of the sidebar)-

My site is WC3 XHTLM valid- the WC3 CSS validifier complains of a couple of coulor problems with the theme, but nothing to indicate a width problem. The fella said that he looked at my site on another machine running firefox at a different resolution & it still looked broken. He said some of my ads aren’t showing up, but I’m seeing them all displayed correctly on my machine- does anyone else have that problem if you view my site?

I remember one person saying the site ws kinda wonky in their firefox browser, but we figured otu what they problem was- & they said it fixed it, but I’m not sure what is going on now, because as I said, my site is WC# XHTML compliant.

I should note that I’m using the ‘shrinkylink’ plugin as my posts would widen out too much if the links were too long & it would throw the site theme off- I used to run a blog over on blogger.com & if the links were too long, it would do what the fella from my first post here said, the main posts text would be way down at the bottom under the sidebars & would be quite narrow- but shortening hte links in the posts would fix this. On my SacredScoop site htough- I’ve never run into that- I doubt the shrinkylink plugin is causing the problem, but thought I’d mention it incase. The fella did say he is running a HOSTS file on both of his computers to filter out known spam sites and pop-ups- & I’m wodnering if maybe him loading my site from his cache is causing a problem for him? He also mentioned that the gooogle adds/adsense ads on the right don’t even show up for him.

I’ve noticed a few poeple have checked my site- if you wouldn’t mind, could you just post & tell me if the site renders right or not?
