Website Isn't Loading

I’ve been having some trouble with my website (for work). A few weeks ago I was getting an error message at the bottom of my home screen saying the URL had been blocked. Then it worked fine for a while and now it won’t load at all! I’m 90% it isn’t just my computer but don’t know what to do.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
